Love Rocks

Tuesday, October 5, 2010 by Lolli 16 Comments

Help me win the Amazing Avocado Big Hit Grand Prize ($5000!) for my yummy Avocado recipe by voting daily for me at https://www.theamazingavocado.com/bighit/vote.php?id=8

I could talk about how stressful it is to be the photographer for a wedding.

I could mention that there’s nothing quite like the pressure that I feel to get great pictures. There’s only one chance!

I could talk about how much I love spending so much time with a newly married couple, and how I am always reminded of my own wedding day. Weddings are a little renewal for me.

I could write a whole post on how much I love the food at weddings….and how the spread at this weekend’s festivities might have been the best ever (catered by my favorite BBQ restaurant, and stocked with gourmet cupcakes).

But I’ve said that all before. There is a lot I could say about weddings, but sometimes the pictures say them better than any words could do.

Love rocks.

PS–in case you were wondering, the cupcakes were so good, I ate two of them.

As long as it’s to the same guy, I say go for it! I mean, it’s an excuse for a party, right?

And I didn’t even mention the flavors! The two pictured cupcakes were key lime pie and strawberry shortcake. The other cupcakes were peanut butter and jelly and smores. SO unique!

I absolutely loved their goodies. In addition to the rock-colored m&ms, they had guitar picks with their names and wedding date on them. How unique is that??

How about this….When you get married someday, you fly my out to wherever you’re getting married and I will take your pictures for free. I might even buy you a cupcake. :)
