It’s funny that we chose to feature muffins and quick breads this week because I just finished off the last slice of banana nut bread that I made yesterday. I did a little happy dance this weekend when I realized that we had over-ripe bananas – finally! The rest of the family has been eating them too quickly for me to have any brown bananas to use for bread.
Thank goodness I finally had those bananas. The bread was delicious! I think I may have to keep our kitchen stocked with quick breads for the rest of the week. I want to try ALL of these!
