My Secret Santa Came!

Monday, December 26, 2011 by Lolli 4 Comments

Christmas is officially over. The gifts have been wrapped and unwrapped. As a mom, the gifts that I give to my kids and husband are much more exciting to me than the gifts that I get myself (maybe that’s because I’ve either shopped for myself OR have a bunch of boxes of candy under the tree for me…).

This year, though, was different. Because I participated in the jcpenney Secret Santa exchange with a bunch of bloggers, I had one gift under the tree that was a total surprise….AND it was a fun, indulgent gift just for me.

Just as much fun as opening the package (which met us in Florida) was listening to the Santa Tag message from my Secret Santa who was revealed as….

Shell from Not Quite Susie Homemaker!

Shell did a fantastic job picking out a gorgeous silver scarf for me and it was so much fun to listen to her personalized message to me.

It was also fun, before Christmas, to go shopping on jcpenney.com for a gift for my Secret Santa recipient, Melanie from www.thecoupongodess.com. I got Melanie a Paula Deen covered saute pan.

Jcpenney made being a Secret Santa so easy that I can’t wait to do it again next year!

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of jcpenney and received a jcpenney Secret Santa gift and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
